Arm Wrestling Turkey Championship, which is included in the 2024 activity program of the Turkish University Sports Federation, was held in Eskişehir between 23-25 ​​April 2024. Our University students who participated in the championship left the competitions by winning bronze medals and important rankings. At the same time, our University Arm Wrestling Team finished the championship in 8th place among 26 teams with a total of 21 points.
The results obtained by our athletes who placed in the championship and their categories are as follows:
Mehmet Öztürk (Artvin Vocational School) 70 kg-Right arm 3rd in Türkiye, Left arm 5th in Turkey,
Mehmet Öztürkoğlu (Faculty of Arts and Sciences) 80 kg-Right arm 4th in Türkiye, Left arm 6th in Turkey,
Serdar Adil Kantar (Hopa Vocational School) Heavyweight-Left arm ranked 4th in Turkey, Right arm ranked 6th in Turkey.
